Requirements & Policies

Here at Heavenly Paws Daycare and Rescue, our mission is to create an engaging, nurturing, and secure environment for all pets. Ensuring safety is our top priority, we have established guidelines to maintain this standard.

Vaccinations

  • Every dog 4 months and older must have the following:

  • Rabies
  • Distemper combo
  • Bordetella
  • Flea & Heartworm Prevention

Health

  • All Dogs must be spayed or neutered by 10 months.
  • All Dogs must be in good health and free from any condition that seems sickly upon drop off.
  • Temperament must be tested on all dogs to ensure well behavior and non-aggression in a group setting.

Policies

  • All Dogs must be dropped off by 11:59AM
  • $15 late pick up fee after 6:15PM
  • Must have proof of living address, phone number, and emergency contact number
  • must have copy of vaccinations before boarding, daycare, and grooming services
  • no refunds *Credit will be applied towards next service being received*
  •  Must have 48-hour notice of service cancellation.
